“I just wanted you to know how much I really enjoyed the workshop that you put on in Atlanta today. As a former federal prosecutor, I had some general exposure to a few of the concepts, but I find the whole subject matter fascinating, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am going to recommend to my old US Attorney’s office that they sign you up for a seminar!”

“Your Evaluating Truthfulness seminar that I attended today (very back row, on the end, to your left) was the best CLE course I’ve been to since I started practicing in 2004. I loved it! I intend to study and practice with your materials often. “

“The course I attended in Jacksonville last Thursday was absolutely fantastic. It has enabled me to be a better mediator by seeing how clients respond with their “hidden” facial expressions to the mediation process. Thank you for this useful tool to aid in my practice.”

“I thought the session we had with my client Marvis Smith was very helpful in getting Mr. Smith in the right frame of mind to realistically consider his chances at trial. That work made it much easier to convince Mr. Smith to take the very favorable plea offer the state made.
Thank you,

“I would like to offer my comments on the class BODIES DON’T LIE. presented by Susan Constantine. The word that comes to my mind that might describe the class is Presidential. It was as if we were being instructed by the President of the Unites States, on a brief stopover at The Knowledge Shop. I arrived 5 minutes early to find the classroom and instructor already set up and prepared for the class. The instructor also had cleared her mind of whatever dramatizations others might concern themselves with before class.
She was involved with the students and communicated with everyone individually.
It is interesting that the subject of the class dealt with skills that are useful for communication and presenting classes, and that the instructor was a flawless representation of those skills. When the instructor spoke, and walked, and moved her arms and hands, it seemed that this is precisely the way a person should speak, walk, and move their arms and hands in order to communicate. It seemed to me that it was the first time I ever experienced it done so well.
The class involved some interaction and a drill to heighten our awareness of the effects of speaking appropriately for a specific type of person. It was an enjoyable experience with surprisingly effective results. It is so a mazing that chOOSing how we interact with another based upon the other person’s preferences, which we could interpret with the clues given in class, works so well.
Without even knowing another person, we can communicate appropriately for that person based upon what we learned in this class. This skill is needed so much in today’s world. The desire to communicate with another requires more than that we simply speak to ourselves in the presence of others. We need to take into account the makeup of the other person, and reach to that person in their own communication style. This is a wonderful class to begin that Journey.
Once again, the instructor demonstrated these skills with every interaction with every student. I think we all felt totally perceived, understood, acknowledged, accepted, handled, and appropriately dismissed. What a joy to experience a human that is able to dramatize all this so well.”

“It was a honor to attend your class on “Confidence, Body Language and Breaking Through Barriers”, through our “Inner Success” course. My first thought before class was that I had so many things to work on and such lack of confidence that I would truly portray this to everyone. I was shocked to find out that many of my feelings come from the type of personality I have and that I have a lot more confidence than I ever imagined. You made me realize that in one; just one class.
This by far has been the most transforming of any of the classes I have attended through the Inner Success Course. I will always be grateful for all the knowledge that you shared with us last night.
Also, I was just enthralled at the movie The Secret, how easily we forget that the things we dwell on make us who we are and what we attract. That added the finishing touch to a magnificent class, again, thank you for sharing your time and wonderful personality with me.”
Many Regards,
Karen Renee Mangham

“Leaving any class you’ve ever taught that I’ve been in, I have always learned something life altering. Specifically, the last class impacted me in a way that I never thought possible. Thank you for sharing your life secrets with us. I appreciate your openness and willingness to spread joy, hope, peace and growth. I am deeply moved, and because of you, a better person. As I continue on in this journey called life and book magazine covers, fashion shows, and achieve my goals, I will always carry Susan Constantine in my heart. Thank you. God bless you.”

Michael Shein and I have been training together and have found it very beneficial as to both the substance and leveraging it by doing it jointly. Doing it together allows us to bring to the table witnesses, clients, and others that we have known and dealt with in various contexts to use as examples beyond those “faces” provided by the seminar, as well as bringing analogies of our own to help identify particular facial tells or cues. So, your help is well founded. We are not done. We plan on going back and continuing what seems almost like playtime!
